In addition to training hard, the guys are also learning about how to take care of their bodies in order to maximize their training and competitive potential. Yesterday they met with a nutritionist in order to learn more about how to take care of their bodies while training. The speaker covered eating properly, when and what to eat post-workout, the importance of staying hydrated, and how alcohol can affect recovery and fitness.
