Many, many years ago a wealthy farmer bought some property that butted up against the ocean. While the property included a nice beach, it was unfortunately inaccessible due to cliffs. Being creative (and wealthy) the man built a tunnel leading from his land to the beach so that his daughter could play in the sand. Today, the tunnel and trail leading to it are state owned, so that anyone can access this tunnel and beach, including us. Below are the rowers on the cliffs overlooking the beach. Don’t worry, we stayed away from the edge.
