City Island Rowing Summer Camp

Training

Camp Details

Summer is absolutely the best time to row. The water is generally flat and warm, we get in huge mileage during our sessions, we have two a day sessions and often break out into small boats for great technical improvements.

We have planned a very exciting summer!

City Island Rowing will field highly competitive U17, U19 and U23 teams at USRowing Club Nationals (Race Camp Nationals) and Royal Canadian Henley (Race Camp Henley).

For athletes who are newer to the sport or who cannot commit to racing, we are offering two Skills Development camps.

We also offer 3 Learn to Row classes in June, July and August for athletes to learn the fundamentals of rowing and get a taste of this fantastic sport!
