The South Jersey Rowing Club Competitive program is open to any high school aged athlete with at least one competitive spring racing season experience. The team trains on the Cooper River Monday thru Friday after school until school is over, at that point practices are switched to mornings. We will be holding second practices each day to make the program more competitive. A finalized schedule of the double sessions will be worked on during June with the athletes on the team based off their work and home schedules. The second practice will not be mandatory but is highly encouraged to attend both sessions. The second practice will be around 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. All athletes must be a member of USRowing with a Championship level membership.
